Connecticut was recently ranked the top state in the nation for increased growth in overnight car travel, a 10.6% year-over-year increase, according to upstart. This weekend’s Sound on Sound festival, headlining Stevie Nicks, David Matthews, Brandi Carlile and The Lumineers, is expected to attract more than 60,000 people worldwide, helping to boost the economy of Bridgeport and surrounding areas.
