The 2022 Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce Trade Expo is back

July 7, 2022

The Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce is now accepting early bird registration for the “Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce Business Expo 2022”.

The event will take place on Wednesday, October 19 during “Chamber of Commerce Day” at the DoubleTree by Hilton, located at 42 Century Drive. This will be the first time the Chamber has been able to offer a trade show in two years due to the pandemic.

“We wanted to help our businesses gain additional exposure as we approach fall,” said Cindy Bombard, president and CEO of the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce. “We also thought it was a good idea to do it on Chamber of Commerce Day. Come help support your fellow business owners. There will be something for everyone.”

This event will be limited to the first 50 suppliers who register.

Bombard said the Chamber’s largest trade show, “Home and Business Expo”, which they have traditionally offered in February, will return in 2023.

“This event does not replace the Home and Business Expo,” Bombard said. “We just wanted to be able to offer something to our businesses to get some visibility since we had to cancel this event for the past two years.”

On the day of the event, vendors will be able to start registering from 3 p.m. There will then be a welcome from Chamber members with hors d’oeuvres and a drink ticket from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The exhibition will then be open to the general public from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce is offering a special early bird offer through August 1. Those who sign up during this time will be able to do so for $200 for chamber members or $300 for non-members.

After August 1, registration will increase to $300 for Chamber members and $400 for non-members.

Vendors will receive a table and two chairs to set up for the event.
