BRISTOL — The 2022 Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce Trade Show will be held on October 19.
The event will begin with the vendor set up at 3:00 p.m. at the hotel at 42 Century Drive. This will be followed by a chamber members reception from 4-5pm with hors d’oeuvres and a drink ticket. The chamber is also looking for new suppliers.
The event will then be open to the public from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. A cash bar will be available at that time.
Cindy Bombard, president and CEO of the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce, said the event will be the first time the Chamber has been able to offer the Business Expo in two years due to the pandemic.
“Come support your fellow business owners and gain visibility on Chamber of Commerce Day by participating in our Business Expo 2022,” said Bombard. “There will be something for everyone. It’s in a great location and it’s a great opportunity for the community to support local businesses and for local businesses to get exposure.”
Bombard said suppliers who have signed up so far include artisans, home care agencies, insurance companies, Fascia chocolates, bankers, a local funeral home, internet service provider GoNetspeed and Moreover.
The Chamber’s largest trade show, “Home and Business Expo”, which they traditionally offer in February, will also be back in 2023.
“This event does not replace the Home and Business Expo,” Bombard said. “We just wanted to be able to offer something to our businesses to get some visibility since we had to cancel this event for the past two years.”
Registration for the 2022 Central CT Chamber of Commerce Trade Expo is $300 for chamber members and $400 for non-members.
Vendors will receive a table and two chairs to set up for the event. Electricity will not be guaranteed.
The Business Expo will be limited to the first 50 suppliers who register.
