The Fairfield Museum holiday train show returns to town

The annual Holiday Express Train Show at the Fairfield Museum and History Center is back in town.

The exhibition is on display until January 2 and is closed for Christmas and New Years.

It features large and small scale model trains that meander around winter villages and vacation landscapes. Members of the Fairfield-based Housatonic Model Railroad Club, Connecticut G-Scalers Club and Central Connecticut G-Gaugers Club will be on hand to answer questions and point out details of collectibles, classic trains, modular dioramas and old trains.
